Please note: before the COVID-19 pandemic, our usual policy states that every effort should be made to make an appointment to discuss your health care needs with a doctor directly. However in some circumstances we know this is not possible; the doctor can return your call once they have finished consulting and only if a relevant medical condition is advised. Please note that doctors are not obliged to return patient phone calls if a reason for the call is not provided.
